Shrimp crackers are crackers made from tapioca starch, finely ground fresh shrimp added with Salt and Sugar. Shrimp crackers is an Indonesian Traditional Snack. We use Banana Prawns/Indian Prawns. The raw mixture is then steamed and after being cooked and cooled, it will be sliced thin according to the specification required. After that it will be dried in the oven. Dry raw crackers are ready to be fried at any time in order to be served.
